We have had some folks inform us they have stopped receiving our e-mails. 

This could be the result of an automatic response of the system that manages our bulk email. IF a number of emails go unopened the system will stop attempting to send emails to that address. The logic here is to prevent our email domain being flagged as spam and blocked by the receivers server.
