WHO: Our Quilt Retreats have been such a success all the attendees wanted to come to the next one! Word spread and we have had a number of others say they'd like to come.


WHAT: This is going to be just an average, simple, Quilt Retreat. We have the  gymnasium where we will set up the machines and you can sew till your hearts content. We will have the room open from 0800 in the morning to 2100 hours in the evening.

WHEN: OCTOBER 5,6,7.  We are hosting one retreat in a larger area per the survey we conducted. We are opening registration to all at the same time. The room is big with a kitchen attached and we are excited to be doing new things with amazing individuals!!


WHERE: The retreat will be held at the Bedford First Baptist Church 
1515 20th St Bedford, In 47421.

This is the closest hotel to the Shop right off S.R. #37. It is LESS than 10 minutes down S.R.#37 to the shop so if you need a break or HAVE to go get that fabric to complete your project, it is close.
We have also made a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn. 
Both their single King bed and double queens are $135.00/night plus tax and any fees. Please use the same IQD code when you CALL the hotel.

WHY: Because we had so many people request .

SAFETY:
While Covid concerns are less than they were in the past, we will vigilant. We will have individual tables set up for each person.

Again, we are going to leave the decision on whether or not to wear a mask up to the individual. We’d ask you be respectful of others and maintain social distancing.

MEALS

Breakfast: Those staying at the hotel are entitled to the free breakfast provided. We will have snacks in the room for those not staying and arriving later.
Lunch: IQD will be providing LUNCH, SNACKS, and DRINKS throughout the day. (IF you have unique dietary restrictions or needs please make us aware of these when you register so we can accommodate)
Dinner: Dinner will be on your own. The Hotel is conveniently located within minutes of many fine restaurants, if you do not want to leave, there are a number of delivery options as well. If there is enough interest, we may order in but that will depend on the group.

As a reminder, all the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators as well.
