You must pay at registration to reserve your seat. If you are unable to attend after registering, you may receive a store credit or transfer the payment to another IQD sponsored retreat up to 30 days before the retreat. 14-29 days before the retreat you may transfer your registration minus 25%. After 14 days, the fee is non-refundable.
