You will be doing 6 strip sets.

For the Percussion Tube Quilt:
I chose shades of black and grey.
You can do other shades of colors.

Focal Fabric: Very Dark fabric 1/2 yard
Medium dark—1/4 yd
Medium—1/4 yd
Medium light 1/4 yd
Very light Background fabric—1 1/4 yd
Border fabric (5" wide)—3/4 yd
If you want to make a "Jelly Roll" Version:
It takes 36 - 2.5" strips
Each strip set will have a Dark, Medium and Light.

Optional:
Use 18 "Jelly Roll" strips.
-Using 3 "jelly roll" strips per strip set (Dark, Medium, and light) along with a very light background strip.

-Machine in good working order, that you have experience setting up and using.
-Owner's Manual to help you troubleshoot any machine questions.
-A foot that has a 1/4" marking (the strips require an accurate 1/4" seam allowance for seams to nest)

-8 1/ 2" square ruler with a 45 degree angle -6"x24" ruler
