Your order is very important to us. Every effort will be made to process your order quickly and accurately.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal . If you do not wish to give your credit card information on-line, you can phone it in to us at 812-275-7400. We now useAuthorize.net for credit card security, you will be charged at the time you place your order. If you use Paypal it will go ahead and charge your account. We also accept checks (US checks) and money orders. Upon sending a check or money order please note your order# when mailing your payment.

Price is based on the amount of your order and if the package will be shipped in the U.S. or Overseas. Sorry due to the number of orders we can’t bundle orders for group shipping. Orders will be shipped using First Class or Priority Mail at our discretion. The more you buy the more you will SAVE.
We use the U.S. Postal Website this allows us to provide you with a confirmation number to track your package sent to you via email. If you would like to have your package insured or require signature confirmation, please enter this in your comment section.

Unfortunately, can not accept any responsibility for lost U. S. Postal Service shipments. Contact your local post office and tell them that you have a box or envelope that was lost. Then, request that they initiate an MRC Search Request. MRC stands for Mail Recovery Center, which is the Postal Service center that ultimately receives all the mail and packages that are undeliverable. The postal employee handling your request will need to gather some information from you to complete the form. First, to file an MRC Search Request, the value of your lost item or its contents must be valued at $25 or more. You will need to give them the sender's and recipient's addresses. They will also need the phone numbers of both parties. You will need to give a very complete description of the package and its contents, as this will help the MRC staff narrow down their search and locate your article faster. You can submit pictures of your item or a similar item to help in the search. Once you have given the USPS all the required information, the form will be emailed and you will be notified by them if they find your article.

Refunds
No returns will be accepted unless the item is defective or we have issued the wrong item. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.

Return Check Policy: A $50.00 returned check fee will be charged if your check is not honored by the bank the first time it is presented to the bank.
