These are the standard style cloth surgical masks as published by Deaconess Hospital (these directions along with the the instructional video are elsewhere on the website).

These are the TWO layer quilting cotton design. 

These are available in TWO (2) FORMS: KIT and ASSEMBLED.

Each kit will include the fabric and elastic* required for ONE (1) Adult sized mask.

* If Elastic is not available, other materials MAYBE substituted as a last resort, material for cloth ties will be provided.

PLEASE NOTE we have been ask about donations to medical professionals, 1st responders, care facilities, and high risk individuals... While we have been working with volunteers to help meet the needs, there are a LOT of people who do not know how to sew who would like to contribute to the effort....

What we have done is made it possible to donate either a KIT which will be distributed to a volunteer to make a mask OR an assembled mask that we here at the Quilt Depot produce. 
This is a WAY those who can't sew can contribute to the effort. 

IF you would like a particular fabric for the mask, PLEASE add a note to that effect and we will TRY to accommodate but there are NO guarantees. 

ALSO, if you need a SMALLER mask for a CHILD or petite individual, PLEASE NOTE THAT and we will attempt to accommodate.
