For licensing reasons, a lot of items depicted on fabric for sale are generic... The fabric companies do this to avoid licensing fees for use of iconic images... 

That does not appear to be the case here... 

If you look on the boiler of the engine, you find "P. M. Co." and on the side of the Cab you fins "Lahaina 1".

 

A little internet research produced the following:

P.M. Co. stands for Pioneer Mill Company located in Lahaina Hawaii... It was the first plantation to grow sugar cane commercially. 

This is one of the historic trains from that line. They were used to transport the sugar cane from the fields to the mill for processing.
